Terms & conditions of participation
These are the terms (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in the FOOTBALL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME IN SCHOOLS (FEPS) (hereafter referred to as the “Event”), organised by EURO PRO FOOTBALL LTD (hereby referred to as “EPF”). By registering for the Event you agree to these terms, which form an agreement between EPF and the registered participant (“School”). If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made them aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
1. PAYMENT TERMS
The participant (“School”) is not required to pay fees to participate in in the National Initiative. Instead, the participant has the option to receive funding through participation of programmes including STEP ASSESSMENTS, MENTORING & SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE PROGRAMMES
2. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
The participant has the right to cancel participation in the event. Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the event thus allowing time to notify parents and pupils. Applies to STEP ASSESSMENTS only.
The participant will not incur costs as a result of cancellation provided this is received 60 days prior to the event. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration IE weather conditions.
3. CANCELLATION BY EPF
While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the advertised programme, circumstances beyond the control of EPF can arise, which may cause changes in the programme, including but not limited to changes in the features of the planned event including failure to register the minimum amount of attendees, equipment, weather conditions, sickness, pandemic. You agree that EPF under these circumstances shall not be liable for any costs, damages or expenses which may be incurred by you as a consequence of the event being changed, merged with another event (FEPS), postponed or cancelled. In such events, it will be the responsibility of EPF to notify parents and pupils of changes and alterations.
4. IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
By registering for the Event and accepting this agreement, you give full rights to EPF to share your identification information (school name) for marketing purposes as a participant of Football Educational Programme in Schools (FEPS)
5. EXCLUSION
EPF has the right to refuse the registration of a participant that in EPF’s opinion, does not conform or support the National Initiative for the benefit of pupil participation (assessment, education, learning and achievement). In the unlikely event of such a case arising, EPF will notify the school of withdrawal prior to FEPS presentation to pupils.
6. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS
EPF reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use film recordings and/or photographs of the event in any media without first obtaining the consent of the participant and without making any payment whatsoever for publicity, advertising or promotion purposes. Any participant waives their intellectual property rights to any photographs taken and/or published in a manner described here which may include social media outlets and website.
7. PARENTS & CHILDREN

8. GENERAL
EPF reserves the right to change any of its General Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
