Terms of booking

    1. TERMS

    1.1 These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which we will provide the football STEP assessment, mentoring services and school of excellence on the date you have selected (the “STEP ASSESSMENT” “MENTORING” SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE”). Please read these terms carefully before you confirm that you wish to participate in any of these services. Should you take part in more than one STEP assessment, Mentoring or School of Excellence, these terms and conditions shall apply to each and every such service that you participate in.
    1.2 Any persons under 18 years of age at the time of booking your STEP assessment, mentoring or school of excellence, will need their parent or guardian to complete the booking on their behalf.
    1.3 The words “writing” or “written” in these terms also refers to email correspondence.
    1.4 When using the words “you” or “your” in these terms, this includes anybody under the age of 18 in respect of whom a parent or guardian has submitted a request for a place on the STEP assessment, mentoring or school of excellence.

    1. EURO PRO FOOTBALL

    2.1 The STEP assessments, Mentoring Programmes and Schools of Excellence are operated and controlled by and on behalf of Euro Pro Football Limited (“we” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11329084 whose trading office address is First Floor, Unit 3, Studley Court, Guildford Road, Chobham, GU24 8ED.
    2.2 You able to contact us at any time by emailing us at info@euprofootball.com or calling us on 0330 118 8331.
    2.3 Should we need to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us when registering at https://euprofootball.com (“website”) all contact details provided should be correct and we should be informed of any changes.

    1. PARTICIPATION IN THE STEP ASSESSMENT, MENTORING PROGRAMME OR SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

    3.1 To enable your participation in any of these services you will are required to complete an online booking form (“booking form”) via our website.
    3.2 Your request for these services will be processed once payment has been made, places are limited and are on a ‘First come, first served’ basis.
    3.3 Should we accept your request for a place on any of these services and your payment is successfully processed, you will be contacted by email to confirm your booking (“booking confirmation”). When we send you the Booking Confirmation we accept your request for a place on the STEP assessment, mentoring programme or school of excellence and that a contract has come into force between you and us in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out herein.
    3.4 It is within our absolute discretion to refuse your request for a place on any of the services provided by Euro Pro Football Ltd. This can occur at the time of booking or at a later date following a Booking Confirmation being sent to you. Should we refuse your request for a place on any of the services, we will inform you of this in writing as soon as possible and any monies paid to Euro Pro Football Limited will be refunded.

    1. MAKING CHANGES OR CANCELLING THE STEP ASSESSMENT, MENTORING PROGRAMME OR SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

    4.1 Should you wish to make changes such as the date and / or location of the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence (where applicable) after you have received the Booking Confirmation, you will need to inform us as soon as possible in writing to us at info@eurpofootball.com up to two weeks before the event. We will try to accommodate any change(s) you request where it is reasonably possible to do so, but we make no warranty or promise that we will be able to do this. We can accept email correspondence when changing a booking, other forms of correspondence will not be processed.
    4.2 Should you no longer wish to attend your STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence you can cancel your booking at any time up to 14-days following receipt of the booking conformation (“cancellation period”).
    4.3 Should you request a refund after the cancellation period we are under no obligation to refund you. However, we could offer an alternative the date and/or location of the STEP assessment as stated in clause 4a.
    4.4 You are not be entitled to a refund for the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence if it is underway or has finished before your request to cancel, or if the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence is due to take place within 24 hours of your request, even if the date occurs during the Cancellation Period.

    1. OUR RIGHTS TO REFUSAL

    We reserve the right to refuse or prevent you from taking part in the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence at any time by informing you either by telephone or by email should:
    5.1 You not make a payment to at the time of booking, or your payment is rejected or returned as unpaid by your financial institution;
    5.2 We have to remind you to make payment and payment is not received within 48 hours of any such reminder;
    5.3 You do not provide us with information that is in our opinion necessary for us to allow you to take part in the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence for example, relevant medical history;
    5.4 We believe that the reason for your attendance at the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence (whether wholly or in part) may not be for improving and/or demonstrating your footballing ability, for example (but without limitation) should you be attending the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence for commercial purposes, or to scout other attendees; or
    5.5 You do not comply with these Terms in any other way.

    1. EXPECTED CONDUCT OF PARTICIPANTS

    For the duration of the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence and during your arrival and departure from the venue you will:
    6.1 Meet and comply at all times with the rules of participation explained to you by our coaching staff during the introductory briefing and as detailed in these terms herein;
    should not act in a disruptive, dangerous, inappropriate, or disrespectful manor to staff or other attendees, or
    not behave disruptively, act dangerously or inappropriately, or be disrespectful to any member of our staff or misbehave in any other way at any time or encourage other participants to do so;
    6.2 Conform with all reasonable requirements set out by us for your attendance at the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence;
    6.3 Comply with all reasonable directions of our coaching staff during the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence ;
    6.4 Maintain a positive and supportive manner towards our coaching staff and other attendees;
    Should you behave in a way that we feel in our reasonable opinion breaches any of the terms at clause 6 we can, in our absolute discretion, request you to leave the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence. There will be no claim to a refund under such circumstances and we may also refuse future involvement in STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence as detailed in clause 5.

    1. MEDICAL CONDITIONS

    7.1 It is your duty to ensure that you are physically fit, well and able to participate in the STEP assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence.
    7.2 You must inform us in writing of any medical condition you have or know about, and of any medication that you may or will require prior to or during your attendance on the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence. Should you not comply with this request you may put your health at risk and automatically your contract with us will be null and void.
    7.3 In the event that you require medical attention during the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence subject to any information you have provided to us in clause 7.2 above, you allow us to administer and/or arrange necessary treatment should it is deemed appropriate in the reasonable opinion of a First Aid certified member of staff.
    7.4 Other than for any injury or medical condition caused by our negligence, and in accordance with clause 10, you accept and agree that we will not be held accountable or responsible for any injuries that you receive during, or any medical conditions you suffer as a result of, participation in the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence.

    1. PRICES & PAYMENTS

    8.1 The price of the assessment, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence (which includes VAT) is the price indicated on the Booking page, and we take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence advertised to you is correct.
    8.2 Payment for all STEP ASSESSMENTs, Mentoring Programmes or Schools of Excellence will be made through our payment partners. By making a payment via our partners you will be accepting their terms and conditions. We do not, and shall not, at any time hold any of your credit/debit card details and should you have any issue with regards to payment processing please contact these organisations directly.

    8.1 The price of the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence (which includes VAT) is the price indicated on the Booking page, and we take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence advertised to you is correct. 8.2 Payment for all STEP ASSESSMENTs, Mentoring Programmes or Schools of Excellence will be made through our payment partners.     9.1 Should your STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions we will inform you by telephone or email as soon as is reasonably possible.
    9.2 We reserve the right to cancel your STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence at any time should insufficient participant numbers make it unfeasible to proceed. We will inform you by telephone or email as soon as is reasonably possible. In these instances, we will offer you an alternative date and/or location.

    1. LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY STEP ASSESSMENT, MENTORING PROGRAMME OR SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE PARTICIPANTS

    We recommend that all STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence participants have adequate personal injury insurance in place to cover you for any injury or unforeseen circumstances. Other than with the exception of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud by us, or our officers or employees, we will not be responsible in any way (and we hereby exclude any liability) for, whether in tort, contract or otherwise:
    10.1 Any illness suffered or injury suffered by you or anyone accompanying you whilst commuting to or from, or during the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence;
    10.2 any loss or damage to any property belonging to you whilst attending the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence resulting from any cause whatsoever, including any items stolen, lost or left behind at the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence;
    10.3 Any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential loss whatsoever; and/or any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of a STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence, including but not restricted to, any indirect or consequential losses for travel and accommodation.
    10.4 The provisions of this clause 10 will in all cases remain in place after the expiry or termination of the contract between us and these terms.

    11 PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEO RECORDINGS

    11.1 We reserve the right to take photographs, film, digital video tape, audio and other recordings of you and your performance whilst participating in the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence for use on our website, social media, and for publicity / marketing purposes. In agreeing to take part in the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence you agree to allow us in perpetuity the right to use your photograph, video image or likeness and your name where appropriate for our reasonable commercial purposes without imposing any restriction or seeking any compensation or remuneration.
    11.2 You may not photograph or record or attempt to photograph or record (whether permanently or temporarily) the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence or any part of it. Any form f recording equipment including but not limited to cameras, telephone images, video recorders and all other filming/recording equipment are not permitted at the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence.

    12 INTERMEDIARIES & REPRESENTATION CONTRACTS

    12.1 Should you be a registered intermediary under the regulations of any national football association, you must inform us in writing when completing the Booking Form.
    12.2 Should you be party to a representation contract with an intermediary who is registered with a national football association you must inform us in writing when completing the Booking Form.

    1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

    13.1 We will use the information supplied by you to us through our website and Booking Form in accordance with our privacy policy https://euprofootball.com/privacy policy and may combine any data that we receive from you during the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence with any other data that we have received from you through our website and Booking Form.

    14 NON-UK RESIDENT STEP ASSESSMENT, MENTORING PROGRAMME OR SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE PARTICIPANTS

    14.1 Should you not be a resident of the United Kingdom please ensure that you are allowed to travel and participate in the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence before requesting a place on the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence. Should you be unable to attend the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence due to travel issues or VISA restrictions, you will only be entitled to a refund in accordance with clause 4. We cannot and will not under any circumstances provide visitor VISA invitation letters or any equivalent to STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence participants.

    15 SPECTATORS

    Guests (“Spectators”) are welcome to accompany you to the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence. However, all Spectators must:
    15.1 Not behave in a way that is deemed disruptive, dangerous or inappropriate, or in a disrespectful manor to any member of our staff, attendees, or other spectators or misbehave in any other way at any time or encourage other attendees or spectators to do so;
    15.2 Observe all reasonable requests laid out by us as a guest at the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence;
    15.3 Observe all reasonable directions of our coaching staff during the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence;
    15.4 Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards our coaching staff, attendees and other spectators;
    15.5 Only be attending for the purpose of accompanying the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence participant and not be attending in any commercial or professional role, including (but not limited to) scouting other STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence participants.
    15.6 You consent that you will be held responsible for any acts or omissions of a Spectator and should a Spectator act in a way that in our reasonable opinion violates any of the terms in clause 15 we may, in our absolute discretion, request either you, the Spectator, or both to leave the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence. In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

    16 GUARANTEES

    16.1 You understand and agree that despite your or our best efforts, your participation in a STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence does not guarantee or ensure that you will be scouted by a professional football club.
    16.2 Should a third party show an interest in you during or following your participation in a STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence we will use all reasonable endeavours to make introductions to those third parties and assist in any communication between you and the third party.

    17 RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

    I7.1 We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
    17.2 A request must be made in writing should you wish to transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person.
    17.3 We take no responsibility for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this contract to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, explosion, war, organised union or third party labour dispute, embargo, governmental action or failure to act, the act of any civil or military authority, act of God, inability to secure transportation or other material facilities (including without limitation the venue for a STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence), acts or omissions of carriers, power or telecommunications outages, computer failures or by any other causes beyond our reasonable control. Should any of these event(s) continue for more than 14 days either you or we will be entitled to terminate this contract. Should the contract be terminated by us we will offer you an alternative STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence date and / or location where reasonable to do so or a refund should this is not possible.

    18 COMMERCIAL DATA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    Any information you gain from the STEP ASSESSMENT, Mentoring Programme or School of Excellence cannot be used for commercial purposes or disclosed to third parties for the same.

    19 GENERAL

    19.1 No failure or delay by you or us to exercise any right or remedy provided under this contract or by law shall be considered a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
    19.2 All of the paragraphs of these Terms operate separately. Should any court or relevant authority decide that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
